During this 1 day workshop you will be encouraged to focus on the core principles of painting to free up your acrylics and you will learn techniques for painting loosely in layers. The day will begin with a discussion about the materials followed by some exercises and a demonstration painting highlighting the process.
Paul has been painting and teaching for 30 years, and he has won many awards including the Chaoshan Watercolour award at the RI Painters in Watercolours exhibition 2022.

“I draw my inspiration from historical connections using layers of colour, texture, shapes and patterns applied with energy and feeling. My main inspiration is light, and the effects created by the contrasts of shadows.”  www.talbot-greaves.com
