Why become a Benefactor?

Benefactor donations are essential to us to secure the future success of the Broadway Arts Festival.
Donations from our benefactors fund our annual outreach programme with local primary and secondary schools which last year reached over 1,500 students, as well as our substantial bursaries for local students pursuing careers in the arts. Your support can make a real difference to young people’s lives.

We will be running more events in the next 12 months than we’ve ever had in an interval year including outdoor theatre, talks, workshops, concerts, competitions, heritage walks, garden tours and a Mystery Masterpiece online auction.

Our 2024 benefactor scheme offers the following benefits:

Platinum Benefactor / Festival Event Sponsor 
Individuals – Minimum donation of £800 and up to £3000
Couples – Minimum donation of £1,000 and up to £3000
Select an event that you would personally like to support & email alison@broadwayartsfestival.com to discuss
  • meet and greet opportunity with the performer/artist/speaker at the event
  • name listed on the website and on the event page (also option to remain anonymous)
  • 1 week priority booking
  • exclusive summer drinks party
  • drinks reception and private view of the art competition exhibition

Gold Benefactor (minimum donation of £300 for an individual and £500 per couple)

  • 1 week priority booking
  • name listed on the website
  • exclusive summer drinks party
  • drinks reception and private view of the art competition exhibition
Silver Benefactor (minimum donation of £170 for individuals and £300 per couple)
  • 1 week priority booking
  • name listed on the website
  • drinks reception and private view of the art competition exhibition
Bronze Benefactor (minimum donation of £50)
  • 1 week priority booking

We appreciate that not everyone is in a position to join the Benefactor scheme, but anything you feel able to donate will make a difference to our ability to continue running an arts festival of the very best quality and supporting our arts bursaries and free arts activities in local schools.
