Learn to dance the passionate Argentine Tango!

Paul & Tracey Pritchard from ‘Dance at 8’ present an in depth Cuban Dance Workshop featuring Salsa and International Cuban Rumba.

The Salsa is a popular and exciting latin dance, dating back to the 1940s, with a variety of easy to learn variations. After just one hour you will be ready to hit the dancefloor and be admired by the audience!
The Cuban Rumba shares a similar basic format to Salsa but is much slower and romantic, dating back to the 1950s this more modern international version of Rumba has loads of style and proves very popular with dancers.

This class is the perfect combination of two very popular Cuban Style, Latin American dances designed to make you look fabulous on the dancefloor. Plus some fantastic Latin American Music to create the perfect mood.

Paul has over 60 years experience in the Dance Business and is a Full Member of The IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association). He has competed throughout the World and featured in 12 major finals at The Blackpool Championships at all levels in Ballroom, Latin American and Exhibition.  Tracey was originally a Decorated International Fencer in Women’s Sabre representing GB, she has danced and taught with Paul for nearly 15yrs and has also appeared in finals at Blackpool.

This dance workshop is suitable for novice and intermediate dancers with some experience.
