This is the afternoon session for artists handing in artwork for the exhibition at Theatrebarn in Bretforton.

Please hand in at the main entrance between 1 – 4:30pm

You don’t need to print or bring your ticket. Simply provide your name on arrival.

The exhibition area won’t be open to the artists as we will be busy starting to hang the exhibition. However artists will be able to use the venue toilets.

Live Demo Opportunity:

We have a limited number of demo slots available during exhibition opening hours, 20 in total, morning and afternoon sessions each day (11am-1:15pm and 1:45-4pm. There is a demo area in between the two main exhibition areas where artists are able to work on a piece and chat with visitors. Alternatively artists can work en plein air on the lawns. If you would like to express an interest in this please indicate during checkout in the “Order Notes” field, including which days/times you would be available.
