| £20.00The distinguished American portrait painter Michael Shane Neal will be in conversation with Arts Festival Ambassador and Great-Nephew of John Singer Sargent, Richard Ormond, former director of the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich and art scholar.
This will be a fascinating insight into the creative process of portrait painting, in honour of the 100th anniversary of John Singer Sargent’s death. In conversation together they will share unique insight into how great art is created. An unmissable event for lovers of Sargent and for amateur and professional artists.
The ticket price for this talk includes entry to the centenary exhibition at the Broadway Museum and Art Gallery ‘John Singer Sargent: Sargent’s Circle’. Ticket holders simply provide their name at the welcome desk at the museum to gain free entry from 7th June onwards.
