Indoor events:

A maximum of 12 tickets will be available for any workshop, well below 50% capacity.

The maximum number of tickets for talks will be set at 50% of capacity of the venue.

At exhibitions there will be a one way system in place, limited numbers in the exhibition at any one time (less than 50% capacity) and effective, but friendly, marshals making sure there is no crowding of exhibits or bottlenecks. The art competition selling exhibition is deemed as non-essential retail.

Marquee workshops:

Workshops taking place in the marquee will operate at well below 50% capacity. At this time, it looks likely that you will need to wear a mask while inside your workshop venue. You will not be required to wear a mask at all outdoor workshops.

Outdoor Theatre on the village green:

We will have just 150 tickets available for each performance. Each group will be socially distanced adhering to regulations at the time. You will not be required to wear a mask.

Live music in the marquee on the village green:

Our live music events will have 175 tickets available at each to operate at 50% capacity in the marquee. You will be required to wear a mask when moving around the marquee and finding a seat. We ask that you remain in your seat unless you are visiting the bar or toilets. Sadly, dancing, singing and standing during performances looks unlikely. We will also ask you to wear a mask during event checkin and when at the bar. You will also be asked to sanitise your hands on entering the marquee.

artBEAT in the marquee on the village green:

Deemed as non-essential retail, artBEAT will be going ahead from Fri 4th – Sunday 6th June.

There will be a one way system in place, limited numbers in the marquee at any one time and effective (but friendly) marshals making sure there is no crowding of stands or bottlenecks. You will need to wear a mask in the main marquee and be asked to sanitise your hands before entering.

Social-distancing & mask-wearing:

We will follow all government guidance on social distancing and mask-wearing in June, we are awaiting clarification from the government.

At this moment in time we forsee that we will require mask-wearing at all indoor events. You will not be required to wear a mask at outdoor events unless you approaching the bar, ticket office or registration desk for an event.
