Why become a Benefactor of the festival?

Benefactor donations are essential to us to secure the future success of the Broadway Arts Festival and planning is now underway for a packed programme of inspiring and entertaining events at the next festival in 2023. We are also running competitions, talks, workshops, heritage walks, concerts and a Mystery Masterpiece online auction in 2022.

Donations from our benefactors also fund our annual outreach programme with local primary and secondary schools and our bursaries for local students pursuing careers in the arts.

Our benefactor scheme offers the following benefits:

Platinum Benefactor / Festival Event Sponsor 
Individuals – Minimum donation of £500 and up to £2000
Couples – Minimum donation of £750 and up to £2000
Select an event that you would personally like to support & email info@broadwayartsfestival.com to discuss
  • meet and greet opportunity with the performer/artist/speaker at the event
  • name on the website and social media on event listing and box office event pages (also option to remain anonymous)
  • 1 week priority booking
  • exclusive late Summer concert with the student bursary winners
  • drinks reception and private view of the art competition exhibition

Gold Benefactor (minimum donation of £125 for an individual and £225 per couple)

  • 1 week priority booking
  • name on the website
  • exclusive late Summer concert with the student bursary winners
  • drinks reception and private view of the art competition exhibition
Silver Benefactor (minimum donation of £75 for individuals and £125 per couple)
  • 1 week priority booking
  • name on the website
  • drinks reception and private view of the art competition exhibition
Bronze Benefactor (minimum donation of £25)
  • 1 week priority booking

We appreciate that not everyone is in a position to join the Benefactor scheme, but anything you feel able to donate will make a difference to our ability to continue running an arts festival of the very best quality and supporting our arts bursaries and free arts activities in local schools.
