After their sell-out performance at the last festival, join Heartbreak Productions for David Walliams’ best-seller Mr Stink outside on the village green for some top notch family theatre!

You’re invited to celebrate Annabelle’s 10th birthday, hosted by everyone’s favourite MP candidate, Janet Crumb.
(Almost) everyone is welcome… that is, everyone apart from Chloe’s particularly smelly new friend, Mr Stink.

One perfectly normal afternoon in an average English town two restless souls unite on a park bench – one of them the lonely 12 year old Chloe Crumb and the other an incredibly smelly homeless man. Oh, and let’s not forget his loyal dog, the Duchess. Chloe’s curiosity and kindness pave the way for this extraordinary and rewarding friendship that takes them to the heady heights of live television and Downing Street via a garden shed.

Packed with fun, humour and a heart-warming message, this touching tale provides the perfect family entertainment.

The plan is for this event to take place outside on the village green – bring a picnic, drinks, chairs or a rug and a warm coat. This is a rain or shine performance, so dress appropriately!

There will be family arts activities from 10am to midday on the morning of Saturday June 12th  …so why not make a day of it?!

Tickets go on sale to the general public through the website at 10am on Friday 9th April and to Benefactors of the festival 1 week earlier at 10am on Good Friday.

Please note that children need to have an accompanying adult with a valid ticket. Under 2’s go free.

The David Walliams play was one of our first events to sell out at the last festival so do consider becoming a benefactor of the festival to qualify for priority booking which opens 1 week earlier.
