DESCRIPTION:An exclusive tour of Arts & Crafts masterpiece Madresfield Court & Gardens to discover how it became the inspiration for Evelyn Waugh & Brideshead Revisited. \nMadresfield Court near Malvern\, is a moated stately house\, and home to the Lygon family for almost 900 years. It played a significant part in the Arts & Crafts movement and was the inspiration for Evelyn Waugh’s novel\, Brideshead Revisited. \nThe afternoon tour includes return coach travel from Broadway\, a guided tour of the house\, and time to explore the gardens and have refreshments. \nThe coach will set off from Broadway at 1:30pm for the hour drive to Madresfield Court\, arriving back into Broadway at approximately 6pm. You can also choose to make your own way there by car if preferable. \nTickets £45 (50 places) \nTickets go on sale through the website at 10am on 17th March. \n  \n
