SUMMARY:Fused Glass Workshop with Helen Cooper
DESCRIPTION:An enjoyable and inspiring creative workshop with Helen Cooper in the beautiful setting of Stanton Guildhouse in their workshop. \nYou will learn how to safely score\, break & layer sheet and accessory glass to create a minimum of 3 fused glass items including a set of drink stirrers\, tea light holders and a coaster.  These will be taken from the venue to be fired. \nYou will be supported to realise your unique designs and lose yourself in this therapeutic activity\, immersing yourself in colour and texture whilst being guided to produce pleasing compositions and patterns. \nAll materials & equipment are provided. \nHelen has a wide range of templates to inspire your design\, but please feel free to bring a sketch book or your own photographs from which to work. \nSuitable for beginners\, Helen has over 25 years teaching experience and a degree in ceramics and glass. \nPlease avoid open-toed footwear. \nFree parking onsite \nTickets £45  (13 Places) \nTickets go on sale through the website at 10am on 17th March. \nAccess: Please note that the workshop is not fully accessible and is down a series of steps.
