June 14 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Professional Storyteller John Kirk presents the fabulously popular “The Twits” by Roald Dahl as an after-school treat in The Lifford Hall!
“If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.”
John Kirk is a storyteller who works in schools, libraries and museums across the country. John comes from a theatre background and enjoys bringing stories to life and getting his audiences involved in the stories he tells. His previous work includes Michael Morpurgo’s “Private Peaceful” and Jeremy Strong’s “The Hundred Mile an Hour Dog”. He is thrilled to be a part of the Broadway Arts Festival 2018.
This 40 minute presentation is suitable for children age 6+ and families and contains twits being vile to each other!
