Have fun bringing a drawing of your favourite pet to life!
With Ali as your guide, your kids will complete a line drawing, trace it onto acetate with permanent pen; then paint the reverse side of the acetate. This animation cell technique was widely used by animation companies before the age of computers and guarantees a stunning result; perfect for home-framing.Suitable 7 – 11yrs15 places per session

Ali Rice is an artist, illustrator and social entrepreneur. Passionate about the importance of the arts and creativity in education and the environment, Rice Design has been working with young people for over 30 years using creativity as a catalyst to promote positive social change. Ali is currently the artist in residence at St Catherine’s Catholic Primary School in Chipping Campden.

Please note there will be other kids arts classes happening in the marquee at the same time for all ages.
You will also be able to contribute to a giant mural with our Artist in Residence Antonia Black (no fee).

The family theatre production of David Walliam’s “Mr Stink” will be taking place in the marquee at 2:30, so why not make a day of it?

Tickets go on sale at 10am on Good Friday (April 10th) and 2 weeks earlier for benefactors of the festival
