Enjoy an outdoor production of Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” on a summer’s eve on the idyllic village green in our beautiful Cotswolds village.
Chapterhouse Theatre Company returns to the open-air summer circuit with Shakespeare’s much-loved comedy about love, innocence, and identity. Elizabethan costumes, an original musical score, and woodland creatures come together to make an evening of unmissable summer garden theatre, set under the haze and glow of the setting sun.The perfect way to spend a summer’s evening!In 21 years of touring, Chapterhouse has established itself as one of the most successful and acclaimed touring companies in the country, breathing new life into the texts of some of literature’s most celebrated writers.Bring your chairs, warm clothing and blankets as it can be nippy once the sun goes down.There will be a bar onsite.If the English weather doesn’t cooperate the production will take place inside the marquee where seating will be provided.

Suggested age: 5+ (suitable for all)

The production will start promptly at 8pm, but do arrive from 7pm to pitch up, picnic and enjoy the bar.

Tickets go on sale to the general public through the website at 10am on Good Friday (April 10th 2020) and to Benefactors of the festival 2 weeks earlier through priority booking.
