A two-day watercolour workshop with artist Trevor Waugh in the beautiful gardens of Springfield House, a private residence in Broadway.
There is nothing more beautiful than a watercolour filled with light and colour. In this stage by stage confidence-boosting workshop, expert colourist, Slade alumnus and author of best-selling “Winning with Watercolour”, Trevor Waugh, will teach you the techniques needed to get the best results from your work.

This stunning large garden will be brimming with hundreds of roses in June, so there will be plenty of inspiration!
Should the weather be inclement, there is a wonderfully light and airy art studio onsite.

21st/22nd June- originally scheduled

10-4 daily, refreshments and lunch with wine included.
Do arrive from 9.30 on the first day to unpack your equipment.

Required materials:

Brushes: one worker brush size 8/10/12 plus a large wash brush size 16 upwards
Board
Water pot
Palette
Cotton rag paper (suggestion Saunders Waterford)
Tape
Watercolours suggested: vermillion, permanent rose, cobalt blue, cerulean blue, ultramarine blue, lemon yellow, raw sienna, Naples yellow, burnt umber.
